If you follow the movies or Zac Efrom, you will know that he has recently launched a movie called Bad Neighbours in which he stars alongside the hilarious Seth Rogan.

Zac has been on tour promoting the movie but when he returned home he discovered he had a new neighbour in real life.
If this is for real, his new neighbour is Charlie Day from It’s Always Sunny In Philadelphia. I can already imagine how awesome a real life documentary would be following these two great guys. We can only hope
