Undoubtedly we have seen a lot of really neat structures in the recent years and it has really become much of a trend to have a smaller, yet unique types of houses.
When we ran across this one it really stood out to us and felt the need to share it with you! This tiny triangle looking house is in Japan. In Japan the earthquake codes are constantly being updated due to the frequent earthquake activity. So it is actually more cost effective for families to rebuild a new house rather than trying to retrofit their existing structure.
So with all of that going on, people have started to build houses that are more leaned toward to looks and style rather than longevity. When this happens you get to see some really neat places.

Built on a triangular lot this land space was affordable but not easy to build on.
Since the space was small, adding three levels with lots of windows helped it feel a bit bigger.
Can you really live in a space this narrow comfortably?
The answer is “Absolutely!“
They were even able to utilize the loft area into a cute children’s playroom.
Since it was the vaulted style ceilings it makes it feel much more spacious.
The ground floor is made up of a bedroom, living room and kitchen.
This particular house has the beds out in the open because any extra walls would just make it feel closed off.
They do, however, have some curtains that go around the room for more privacy if needed.
Look, they even have plenty of space in the kitchen.
The modern and sleek design help prevent this place from feeling to small and claustrophobic.
Hey, it even has a river view too.
