Remember back when you were learning the basics of math? It was all pretty confusing at first but then things kinda start to make sense. The video below shows a really nice guy trying to teach us how to do math problems his way. Even with all his good intentions, this maths tutor has actually managed to make me forget the simple rules I learned when I was 5.

His ‘new’ technique seems to be an unnecessary, elaborate way to get kids to memorise the timestables.
He seems like a nice guy, but he’s probably doing more harm than good. All I can think of now is my dad in a sleeping bag after a game of golf.
