1. What’s a vision board?

2. Why should I make one?

OK, well in answer to your first question is; a vision board is a way of physically showing what you want your life to look like.

The answer to question 2 is… The idea behind creating a vision board is that you need to know what you want in order to achieve it. Think in detail about what your life will be like on the day you realise you’ve got everything you want out of life. Will you be married? single? a parent? … Will you be living in a cottage, and apartment, a mansion? What will you look like? What will you be working as? Will you even be working at all? Cut out images from magazine, print from your PC or draw them yourself. Arrange all the images of what you want on an A3 board and take a step back. Believe it or not your life can really be like that.

Put your mood board up where you can see it every day, in the kitchen, at work or as the screensaver on your laptop! The more you WANT the life on your vision board, the more chance you’re going to get it.
