This is the lovely story of a man that found a very ill little squirrel while out and about one day. Thinking the little squirrel would not be able to recover back to full health without help, he decided to take him home. What happened next is one of the most moving and lovely stories I have seen all year.
When he found the little guy, he was curled up and freezing cold.
He wrapped him up in his hood which he then put in his cup holder to keep it secure.
When he got home, they put the squirrel in a bowl with a heat pad and some bedding.
The little guy hid in the basket to get some well earned rest
After a short while the little guy got hungry and was ready for his first feed.
Then his first wash
At this point he was introduced to his new parents (the dogs)
The new member to the family was accepted immediately
Now everyone wanted the little guy to get well so he could come out to play
Then the incredible friendship started
Nice and safe up there
Building trust with each other
