In this commercial from Europe, two girls are walking by a car in a parking lot when the notice a dog laying roasting hot and dying inside. There is nobody around to help or open the car door so their only option is to throw a rock through the window.
If you were in a similar situation would you do the same?
I have to say, if I noticed a dog in the same position I would firstly go into the store to have an announcement called out. I would also call 911 if the dog looked like it was so sick it was going to die. It may sound a bit OTT but it is a huge issue as leaving a car in the heat trapped in a car is similar to leaving it in the oven.
