Sometimes the police are awesome and completely in the right for pulling people over for speeding, using their phone or dangerous driving.
That being said, if the police are going to rule the roads in this way, they need to be sure to follow the rules themselves and set a good example. In this video a truck driver had been driving along minding his own business when a cop sped past him while using a cell phone. Instead of ignoring this, the truck driver instead honked his horn to show his frustration.
The cop then pulled the truck driver over for illegal use of his horn. The truck driver decided he would record the incident which ended up being afascinating exchange.
