You Have Been Making Bacon Sarnie’s ALL WRONG.

This is a game changer.

What could be tastier than a nice crispy BLT as a lunchtime treat? Either that or a nice bacon sarnie to soak up any alcohol you have drunk the night before?

When you open the bread and check what’s inside, you are often left with gaps round the edges meaning you get mouthfuls of bread with no bacon. In this video we are shown a nifty trick for getting round that problem by making what’s known as a ‘Bacon weave’.

Start by slicing streaky bacon in half.

Then lay the half size strips into a weave pattern and lay onto foil or greaseproof paper.

Lay a wire rack over the bacon to keep it flat.

Bake in the oven for 20 minutes on 200 degrees and voila… bacon weave.
