Any dog owner will tell you that dogs can pretty much understand what we say and they can tell us things themselves in their own way. For example, if they need to be let out in the garden, if someone’s walking up the path, if another pet is up to no good etc.
Well I have found a small number of YouTube videos of dogs that have been trained to talk and it all seems legit to me. Yes maybe the pooch doesn’t know what he’s saying, BUT there is no denying dogs CAN talk. See video below!
