NOvember: Saying NO to all things bad

While I sit here eating the candy I bought for tonight’s trick or treaters I’m wondering how long I can go on for, eating take outs, having a bar or two of chocolate, pastry for breakfast, ‘just a little treat’ far far too often.

I’ll admit that I’ve let myself go. I know I should lost 7 – 10 pounds to fit back into my ‘good’ jeans but my other jeans will do and I’ve been getting far too comfortable in them. It really has to stop and I know I’ve said that before but if it doesn’t stop soon I’ll never be back in my good jeans and will find myself buying new bigger clothes for Christmas nights out.

I’m declaring next month to be NOvember. I WILL say ‘No’ to the following;

  • Late nights,
  • Alcohol,
  • Food with high saturated fat,
  • Too many carbs

There’s 30 days in NOvember and if I havn’t lost 5 pounds by December the 1st I’ll have to accept that I just can’t be bothered to sort myself out and head to the shops to buy my new ‘big’ clothes.

Want to join me in my challenge? Choose 3 things that you know you shouldn’t do and say NO to them for the next 30 days. Comment below to tell me what you will sacrifice! x
