These days it is all too easy to let the news get you down with stories of war, violence and crimes everywhere. It leaves you asking “Where is the good in the world?”.
According to this story, the answer to that question is in Norway.
This guy was out walking by a frozen lake when he saw a duck trapped under the ice.
Instead of ignoring it and walking on by, he decided he would help.
After jumping into the freezing water, he managed to break the ice, freeing the bird from its imminent death.
After getting the bird out of the water, he dried it and nursed it back to full health.
