When Honey Maid Received Anti Gay Abuse, They Came Back With This. Increddible

You may have seen the advert on TV or on Youtube from Honey Maid. The campaign is called “Wholesome” and is focussed around modern day families. These include mixed race relationships and even gay relationships. The ad got lots of praise but it also got its fair share of backlash from anti gay campaigners.

Well instead of ignoring the backlash, Honey Maid once again got really creative. They set on a couple of artists who printed out all the responses they had received, both good and bad. They rolled each of the responses into tubes and placed them on the floor to start to form a pattern. The pattern turned into the word “LOVE”.

On YouTube, the company wrote: “We made a commercial about what makes families, family. And we received a lot of comments. See what we did with them.”
