What is more pure than giving a cute cuddly teddy bear to a child? The child grows up with the bear and for a while the two are inseparable, best friends even. The child sees the bear as a comforting companion. What the child doesn’t know is what’s really going on inside the bear; something dark, something shocking and something none of us would have even imagined.
Brooklyn-based artist Kent Rogowski has produced an art project called simply, ‘Bears’. He turned a number of furry friends inside out to reveal to the world the secret monsters that sleep in our beds!
After seeing all of these, I actually kinda want one.
