Not many things make me cry but THIS is too much for me! As a teacher myself I was so moved by this episode of ‘Educating Yorkshire ‘. What an amazing boy!
The video focuses on a young guy called Mushy. All his life he had been struggling with a bad stammer. He could not talk to teachers and even found it difficult talking to his friends.
That is until his teacher got involved after remembering a technique he saw on the award winning movie The Kings Speech. His teacher, Mr Burton worked tirelessly with Mushy getting him to put ear phones in his ears with his favourite music playing as he tried reading different texts out lout at the same time. The results, I hope you agree are incredible.
